This is a new luxury apartment completed in 2007 with sea and mountain views and a stunning marina close by. It sleeps two to five people (one large double bedroom).

Set in a peaceful location this luxurious top floor apartment boasts one bedroom and one bathroom. The accomodation is only a minutes walk to the warm waters and golden sands of St Vlas and a short walk to the exciting resort centre. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and a fitted washing machine. The contemporary living room has a three seater sofa bed that can be pulled out to offer a separate and private sleeping area.The lounge has a TV and DVD player, dinning table and chairs and opens up to a spacious balcony which overlooks the sea and mountains. You can also access the balcony via the double bedroom which comprises of a king size bed and a single stool sofa bed. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.
